Chapel Hill Carrboro Holiday Parade Committee Meeting

Happy Hour at George's Garage

Date & Time: Friday, August 11, 9-11pm

Happy Hour is a great opportunity for members to get together, and also for prospective members to come and find out what the Jaycees are all about in a fun, relaxed environment! Please e-mail Amy Neese at amy_childs49@hotmail.com.

Durham Bulls FUNdraiser

Date & Time: Sunday, August 13, 3:30-7pm

Only 2 more Durham Bulls FUNdraisers to go. Why not come out and help us raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill. This money will assist us in purchasing a new gas powered grill for the House. If you are interested in helping out, please e-mail Christina Jaromin at president@chapelhilljaycees.org. We'd love to have you!

Congratulations to Mark Patterson, who received his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the UNC School of Pharmacy. His dissertation title is "Effect of prescription co-payments on medication compliance and hospitalizations in commercially insured heart failure patients". Congratulations Dr. P!
