Durham Bulls FUNdraiser
Date & Time: Sunday, July 30, 3:30-7pm
It's
time for one of our biggest fundraisers of the summer - selling beer at
the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. We are still in need of 4 more
volunteers for the game this afternoon. It is a lot of fun, and you
get to keep tips! All profits from this game will benefit the Boys
& Girls Home of North Carolina, located in Lake Waccamaw. If you
are able to help us out, please e-mail Tim Miller at IndividualDevelopmentVP@chapelhilljaycees.org.
Random Sushi Night
Date & Time: Monday, July 31, 7pm
Feeling a little bit random? Back by popular demand is Random Sushi Night. Come join us at the original Random Sushi Restaurant, Akai Hana, 206 W. Main Street in Carrboro at 7pm. If you don't eat sushi, they've got a full menu of non-sushi items. PLEASE BRING CASH as they will not separate the check! Business Before Hours - Governor's Club
Date & Time: Friday, August 4, 7:30-9am
The Chamber of Commerce will be holding its Business Before Hours on
Friday, July 7, from 7:30-9am at Harrington Bank in Southern Village.
Business Before Hours is similar to Business After Hours, as there is
networking and light refreshements. The difference? It's at 7:30am!

Baseball in the 'Boro
Date & Time: Saturday, August 5, 5-10pm
Come see the Greensboro Grasshoppers in their new stadium take on the Savannah SandGnats with some Greensboro Jaycees. Meet at Mardi Gras bowling at 5:00 and carpool to Greensboro. E-mail Tim Miller at IndividualDevelopmentVP@chapelhilljaycees.org if you would like to attend.
