New Member Orientation
Date & Time: Monday, July 24, 6-6:45pm

Considering joining the Jaycees but not sure what we're all about? (Trust us, it's more than the Hokey Pokey!)  Why not come and hear what it is that the Jaycees do at the local, state, national, and international levels! Debbie Pittman, Goldsboro Jaycee and NC Jaycees Individual Development Vice President will tell you all about it.  Come out and enjoy Pizza and sodas. Please e-mail Christina Jaromin at president@chapelhilljaycees.org if you plan to attend so she knows how much pizza and soda to purchase.

Please join us on Monday, July 10 at 7pm for our General Membership Meeting.  Debbie Pittman, NC Jaycees Individual Development Vice President will be our guest speaker.  We meet at the Chapel Hill Carrboro Chamber of Commerce on S. Meals on Wheels Baking/Game Night
Date & Time: Tuesday, July 25, 6:30-9pm

The Game night was such a success last time around that we are going to do it again! We'll be baking desserts for Meals on Wheels for Wednesday.  While we bake, we'll be playing games, so please bring some games to play.  There will be extras of the cookies made for sampling!  Please e-mail Charles Krupinski at cekrup@gmail.com if you plan to attend and for directions.

LEAD Training
Date & Time: Saturday & Sunday, July 29 & 30, 8am-5pm

LEAD is a hands-on, interactive learning experience open to Jaycees & non-Jaycees. LEAD is for those that want to improve their skills as a team member, a chapter member or a project leader. Although the focus is on providing awareness and knowledge to our chapter officers and members, JCI LEAD can also help leaders from corporations, communities and other organizations get better results by improving their performance.  If you are interested in attending, please contact Tim Miller at IndividualDevelopmentvp@chapelhilljaycees.org

Durham Bulls FUNdraiser
Date & Time: Sunday, July 30, 3:30-7pm

It's time for one of our biggest fundraisers of the summer - selling beer at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.  We are still in need of 4 more volunteers for the game this afternoon.  It is a lot of fun, and you get to keep tips!  All profits from this game will benefit the Boys & Girls Home of North Carolina, located in Lake Waccamaw.  If you are able to help us out, please e-mail Tim Miller at IndividualDevelopmentVP@chapelhilljaycees.org

Guests are welcome to all of our events and meetings.
